Christina is our commercial customer service extraordinaire. We define “customer service” as everything that happens between renewals, which means that Christina will help you with certificates, billing questions, inspections, audits, claims assistance, policy changes, and any other question you may have. She has a background in teaching, which means that she has patience and can explain things. This is what makes a great CSR and why we are so excited to have her on our team!
