Lydia is our Commercial Account Manager. She in charge of renewing our commercial policies. Simply put, without Lydia, policies either expire or renew with out-of-date information. Lydia gathers updated information, sends your application to the insurer, and gets the policy renewed. She will also remarket your policy if needed. This means if your insurance company is cancelling you or raising rates, she will find a new policy form a different insurance company for you. Lydia has been with us since 2019 and has been active in the insurance industry for over 20 years. She plays a crucial role in this agency and we couldn’t function without her!
